What is seams®?
seams® is a fashion marketplace connecting customers with independent seamsters who create handmade, limited-run garments. We also partner with fabric vendors to supply our creators with premium materials.
How do giveaways work?
Our giveaways are free to enter — no purchase necessary. Simply provide your email on the giveaway page to enter. Winners are selected at random and notified by email with a unique coupon code to claim their prize.
How do I become a seamster on seams®?
Visit the Apply page and submit your application. We review applications on a rolling basis and look for creators producing original, handmade garments. Once approved, you’ll get access to your seamster dashboard to set up your storefront and list products.
Can I import products from my Shopify store?
Yes! Approved seamsters can connect their Shopify store from the dashboard and import existing products. Inventory stays synced between both platforms automatically.
How does checkout work?
seams® uses Shopify’s secure checkout. When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, you’ll be redirected to a Shopify-hosted checkout page that supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
Return policies are set by individual seamsters since each garment is handmade. Check the product listing or seamster’s storefront for their specific policy. For general disputes, contact us below.
I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
Enter your coupon code during Shopify checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.
